  • Passwordless authentication via magic links eliminates password-based vulnerabilities

5. Data Retention

Email content processed for SMS conversion is retained only as long as necessary for delivery and troubleshooting, typically no more than 30 days. Account information and phone numbers are retained for the duration of your account. Usage logs are retained for billing and compliance purposes. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.

6. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate our platform:

  • Amazon Web Services (AWS): Cloud infrastructure, including SES (email receiving), SNS (SMS delivery), DynamoDB (data storage), and Lambda (processing)
  • Vercel: Website hosting

We do not sell, share, or provide your data to any third parties for marketing or advertising purposes.

7. Cookies

The SigSpan marketing website uses only essential cookies required for site functionality. The SigSpan application uses session cookies for authentication. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics cookies.
