Three stages, no code changes required. Stage two is where the work happens.
Stage 1
Point your existing equipment, scripts, and monitoring tools at your unique SigSpan email address. Whatever already sends alert emails keeps doing exactly that — just addressed to SigSpan.
Stage 2
Your alert runs through SigSpan's approved messaging API — the one piece purpose-built to turn an alert email into a delivered text. It parses the message, applies your routing rules, and dispatches it for text delivery.
Architecture overviewStage 3
Your on-call team receives the alert as a standard text message — no app, no internet required, just their phone.

We document our stack publicly so you can see for yourself that SigSpan runs on AWS — proven, widely trusted infrastructure — for a backend that's stable and secure.
SigSpan runs entirely on AWS in us-east-1. Inbound email is received via Amazon SES, parsed by AWS Lambda, persisted to DynamoDB with AWS KMS encryption at rest, and dispatched via Amazon SNS. Every message is audit-logged with a 30-day retention window. AWS WAF protects the customer-facing API in production; credentials and signing keys are held in AWS Secrets Manager.
